Karim Ragab founded SergeBot in 2024. It is a small AI automation studio, based in Toronto and serving clients worldwide, that builds workflow automation, custom AI apps and, when intake is the specific problem, chat and voice assistants.
Background
Karim holds a master's degree in artificial intelligence and a degree in computer science.
How SergeBot works
SergeBot exists to fix one painful path at a time. Not a chatbot pitch, and not an 18-month platform rollout. The approach, as described across the site and blog:
- Start with one path that hurts. The job that repeats every week, starts from a clear event, and still drops balls when someone is out.
- Build on the tools you already pay for. The CRM, inbox, calendar, and invoicing tools stay. A workflow carries the details between them instead of a person.
- Every workflow has a stop and an owner. A trigger, the middle steps, stop conditions, a failure path to a named person, and a test pass on real examples.
- AI where it earns its place. Sorting, extracting, drafting, and looking things up, with a clear line where a person takes over.
- Be honest about fit. If a workflow is not worth automating, the discovery call says so.

Get in touch
The easiest way to work with SergeBot is a 30-minute discovery call. Bring one workflow you could walk through from last Tuesday, and you'll leave with a straight answer on whether it is worth automating, a rough picture of the build, and an honest cost range.
